The lobby and restrooms are made available
for every event.
Liquor service in the saloon requires your one day permit and added
liquor-liability. insurance.
Restroom cleanup/setup is included. P

Refundable Cleaning Deposit: Cleaning deposit is
refundable based on your crew cleaning the theatre before our designated
deadline (usually, noon the following day). This includes removal of all
refuse and non-theatre property, returning the auditorium to it's pre-event
condition, vacuuming lobby and saloon, and any other areas used by your group.

Setup and Cleanup indicate
janitorial and basic stocking of the restrooms and /or saloon to standards as
designated by the Health Department of Madera County. Removal of refuse,
unused food products and any items brought in by you during the event are your
responsibility.
