Renting the Golden Chain Theatre
Thank you for you interest in renting the Golden Chain Theatre for your special event! We have facilities and services available to you including rental of our performance groups. All rentals are based on availability and show schedules. The Board of Directors will review event and rental requests. The Golden Chain Theatre always reserves the right to restrict the use of some materials, props, special effects, and decorations (such as the use of fire or pyrotechnics on stage).
Any rental request requires a 50% deposit of the total rental fees paid in advance a minimum of 30 days prior to the requested event. In the event of a cancellation on your part, only 50% of your deposit will be refunded minus any items that were purchased by us on your behalf for your event. In the event we are forced to cancel the event, due to facility or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, 100% of your deposit will be refunded; however, we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your event at another time. The Golden Rule about renting the Golden Chain Theatre: "Productions come first". events require the renter to carry liability insurance in the amount of
$1,000,000.00 (one million dollars) per incident listing the Golden Chain
Theatre as an additional insured. A
